Ok so I got rearended as you all know and it turns out the lady doesnt have insurance

But, I have PIP and I also had 50k/100k uninsured motorist protection.

I spoke to a layer- the result it that my medical bills will be full covered by a agreement between the doctors and my insurance company.

I have to pay 500$ right now for the dectucable for my insurance to fix the car. Then my insurance will go and sue the woman to get my deductible back/ other losses.

So the shop guy said he cant up the estimate to cover the deductible because state farm recently audited them and they are underinvestigation. But he said he doesnt mind doing other stuff for me. So I was thinking of maybe getting a cobra rear bumper instead of my GT bumper on my gt?...what do u guys think?

My other option I was thinking is painting the hood black between the two lines on the pic below...what do you think?

Any other things u guys can think of let me know I want to take advantage of this offer!!!!help!

ok i got you! I have the black thing from the mach 1 lip that only goes like half way, that would look good painted too!


My neighbor and I were conversing that maybe if I got for the cobra rear then maybe try to get the 03/04 cobra front too to match. Thats what I originally wanted was just the cobra front but since i need a rear, and the cobra's bumper is blackedout on the botton really nice it appealed to me.

Think I could pull off Just a cobra rear?

ya I was gana say you could look around and get the whole kit for the price of stock parts. When I had my eclipse I got backed into, I got a whole body kit carbon fiber hood all put on and painted for less then the stock bumper and hood put back on and painted. Check it out.
