i was looking through a mag and saw that jba offers a 3" h pipe. i currently have a custom fab x pipe under there but it has a few minor bends in it an im thinkin on changing it. i like the fact that x flows better but you cant beat the h sound. my question is, couldnt a 3' h pipe flow as good as a 2 1/2" x pipe? are there and draw backs from a 3" inch pipe? your thoughts on this.

a 3" pipe would be used on a car that has 3" exhaust. a 2.5" pipe would be used on a car with 2.5" exhaust.
