id buy it for $17,000 if they wont go lower. That is pretty much a brand new car in one of the hottest colors (IMO). Last year i bought my 02GT w. 45k miles on it for 14g (after tax). Id buy that car in a second.

I would first offer $15k. Then see what they offer, Keep your offer low. I dont see them coming way off, but I see maybe high $15k. It all matters what they have in the car. That all matter how much they will come down. Let them think you only have around $15k to spend. Hope things go well.
