I'd go with the tuner. Then you can fiddle with the tune and see what the mods you already have can do. The pulleys and plenum would add maybe 15 hp, you might get about the same from the tuner.

Ask me why I ran "only" a 13.54.

I'd do the tuner. You can adjust for the new gears and tires sizes, turn off the rear O2's and ditch the MIL eliminators and adjust fuel and timing curves.

If ur guna get a plenum u should get a TB as well, and if u do both arent worth more than 10 hp combined, but ull feel better throttle responce. Also i have never heard of a dragon plenum but thats besides the point. Pulleys are a nice addition but overall id say go w. the tuner.

I've seen the dragon plenums also. Never heard anything good about their throttle bodies though. A couple years ago there were some issues with TB upgrades causing drivability problems ( no brands in general, just aftermarket design flaws ) It seems that some companies weren't placing the screw holes for the TPS in the correct spot. I'm not saying they were WAY off, but off just enough to cause issues. Anyway, if you're thinking of a planum and TB, I'd do AccuFab, a little more money, but a thorough test on modulardepot.com showed those parts to yield the largest power gain.

Honestly, your going to get more gains from pulleys and/or TB and plenum. My predator was good for 2 hp on the dyno. Although it's good for adjusting gear ratio and turning of your rear o2's (like Blue said), if you already have those things taken care of don't worry about them. My vote is for pulleys and plenum!
I'd go for the new Trick Flow intake. It doesn't add a whole lot of HP (maybe 20 to 30 really really high end), but it drops your torque curve about 2000 rpms. Check the dyno stats. They don't lie!

That's not possible. An intake can not move the powerband up, yet lower peak TQ.
ok this is definatly confusing. nobody who responded has done both to their car so there's really a coke vs pepsi debate going on. i guess im just going to have to do one or the other and learn the hard way. id hate to do a tuner and only gain 2 hp like funkyboss said. i dont want it to be like it was when i got my intake. 230 bucks and felt absolutly NO difference.

I've done all of them and a whole lot more.
Let me put this in simple terms for you. Any bolt on mod you do to your car, you will feel VERY LITTLE difference (with the exemption of gears). You will not gain more than 10rhwp at most with any bolt on, so don't expect huge gains.
