Default The truth about RPMoutlet.

Well some of you know the problem Ive been having with rpmoutlet. Well come to find out, I called the Better Business Beurae and filed a complaint about not getting my refund, and they told me that in the past three years rpmoutlet had had over one hundred complaints about shipment, refunds and exchanges. And out of all those only a few have been resolved. So i wouldnt suggest ordering from them. And if you do be careful.

I guess I've been one of the lucky few. Only had one problem with an order and they actually ended up screwing themselves.

Guess I'm another lucky one, thankfully! Especially since I spent around $4500!!! American Muscle is my favorite, hopefully they'll expand their selection in the future. Brenspeed and Speed Unlimited are also excellent ebay stores!

I've never ordered from them but with all the trouble you guys have said, I probably won't now. Good heads up.

The lure of values is always strong but man, after seeing the constant threads about how bad they are I will never even tempt it.

Sorry to hear again of your troubles.

I love AM and Brenspeed as well. They are top notch.

I'm another of the lucky ones. I used to order from them fairly regularly and never had a single problem.

American Muscle is awesome
MustangsUnlimited is awesome, but I noticed that they exaggerate shipping estimates
Summit is awesome

Those three have pretty much ANYTHING you'll ever need, including engines.

They all compete over prices, SO go to RPMoutlet, find a lower price, and call AM,MU, or SR. Their service is TOP NOTCH

I'll add my input on two of the best parts men out there, they are both independent people that just have a mustang addiction like the rest of us, and yo u'll find no better customer service than these two guys. (if you need help installing parts, call them and they'll walk you step by step through it).

I have never had any problems with rpmoutlet. If you look at almost any store there will be complains about stuff. You say they have a 100 bad report but then you have to look they probably have done way into the thousands of shipments. But it does seem like I hear a lot of bad about them. I have never bought anything from artsperformanceparts but I have e-mailed him a couple times on some products and his replies where quick and polite. And his prices where very good but I just ended up going another way, and not getting what I had talked to him about.
