No if you have (or plan on having) a strut tower brace and after market plennum. its going to raise the plennum too much and it wont let the intake pipe connect to the throttle body.

if you dont plan on getting the strut bar, or the upper plennum, for go it

I alrady have the 75mm C&L plennum

it wont fit then, if you plan on getting the strut tower brace. i have the bbk 75mm throttle body and c&l 75mm plennum, and the k&n intake tube has no clearence between the strut bar.

dont think so. i can take a pic of my setup tonight or tomorrow and post it up for so you can see how much "clearence" it has. the C&L plennum actually does pretty much the same thing that spacer does, just an fyi
