Yes. Let us know the model year of the car in question so that we can help you with the correct wiring diagrams.

Looking up the fuse information on the incorrect model year isn't going to help you.

Just on the off chance this is a 1999-2004 model year it would help to use this fuse numbering so that we know exactly which fuse it is (F1=BJB or F2=CJB).

1999-2004 MY fuse panel schedule:

Fuse

F2.27 radio
F2.39 GEM

Just wondering. Was the door open at the time of testing? Were the over head doom lights on at the time? Some current draw through the GEM is to be expected if the GEM is active. It will take 5-10 minutes with the door closed for the GEM to go to "asleep".

RE: F2.27, F2.39: I believe the digit "2" indicates location in fuse panel within driver compartment, a "1" indicates location in the "Battery Junction Box", sometimes called Battery Fuse Box, located under the hood.

Should have mentioned this is a convertible. The "dome" lights are actually 2 lights underneath the rear view mirror. And from now on the proper name used for the fuse boxes in this thread will be: the one by the battery and the one inside as there are no others that I know of. Both of the fuses I mention are in the inside fuse panel. Also the door was not open.

So do the courtesy lights work? What about the door close delay feature? This is a GEM function.

What about the radio? Does the radio continue to play after the ignition is turned off before the door is opened? This also a GEM function.

What we are trying to determine is IF any part of the GEM is working. Because this changes HOW to chase the trouble shooting. IMO IF part of the GEM is working, then trouble shoot the sub system's input's to the GEM. This is where the ODB2 scanner can seriously short cut the trouble shooting process by taking much of the guess work out of the process.

No obd2 scanner codes at all. I'm looking to pull the rear seat and disconnect the mach 460 amps individually to isolate further.
