Default more wheel and tire question

putting ford c springs on my car and looking to change wheels and tires. on the front i am thinking about using either a 275/40/17 or 255/45/17. does anyone know if the 275/40/17 will rub at all? on the back it will either be the 275/40/17 or preferably the 315/35/17? question here is whether to 17x9 all the way around or go to 17x10.5 in back?

forr the front, i would for sure go with the 255....much larger and you could get bumpsteer. your front wheels don't need to be huge. now for the back, 315 kicks a**. if you want a 315 you need to go with a 10.5" rim. 315's however break the bank, but they look excellent. those are just my thoughts, i know there are some stangs running 275's in the front, but it is rare, and i have heard them complain of some bumpsteer problems.

I've got 285/40/17 all the way around. Plenty of grip

Love these Kumho Ecsta MX's
