You need:

T45 tranny
Clutch, pilot bearing & throw out bearing
Flywheel
Pedals
Clutch cable and quadrant
5 Speed computer or CHIP
Shifter bezel and shifter
5 speed wiring harness
5 speed speedometer gear
3 quarts of Dexron III ATF

The swap is almost identical except for some parts to that of a 5.0 Mustang. Eahc model uses specific flyweel, computer, and wiring harness, the rest is just the same.
