Default HELP!! Installing Bassini Mid-length headers on 2003 Mustang GT

I am attempting to install a set of Bassani mid-length headers(part#4602VC) on my 2003 Mustang GT. I cannot get the number 4P pipe on the passenger side to sit flush with the manifold for me to bolt on. The pipes seem to gather in such a fashion that they will come in contact with the firewall when I lower the engine back down onto the motor mounts. I am under the impression that something is going to get crushed ans I will not be able to put the starter back on.

Has anyone installed these headers and can give me some advice on how to get this job done?

Our cars are infamous for hard to install headers.

Does your car have an automatic transmission?
