Default Lean

You might be leaking, no lie, re-visit the install and all the vacuum lines and such, EGR, etc. Spraying air or carb cleaner around the likely leaks will either show the leak or the idle will change, indicating a leak.

MAF could be oily or damaged (they are delicate - drop them and they can go squirrely, or die).

You might also be running lean. Are you getting detonation?

IAC could be dirty, and the new parts just a coincidence...

WHICH new intake did you buy? Are you talking about the upper intake plenum or a whole new intake?

Default Code

Pulling codes is always step one with these kinds of problems. Keep an eye on your coil packs, once they reach a certain age and one goes, there's a good chance others will follow.

I agree about sticking with Ford coils - the Granatellis are not worth the money, and I've heard some problems about them.

Cudos to your shop. There are some good shops out there, though they are hard to find.
