Engine swaps are a lot of trouble, will cost lots of money and take lots of time. I say just supercharge it and make it faster than a N/A 5.4L. It will cost less and wont be as hard to install. You dont have to upgrade the internals for a blower, just keep the boost under 11-12psi and you will be fine, with a good tune you could make around 400rwhp.
