Default block and head casting numbers for 4.6L motors
Hi everyone,

I am new to the site and have not figured it out yet. I bought my son a 1996 Mustang GT that came with an extra motor that is supposed to be a motor out of a 2002 Mustang GT. Can anyone tell me where I can find the casting numbers for the block and the cylinder heads? I know that it is a Romeo block and not a Windsor block. It has a six bolt crank and as far as I can tell the heads are PI heads. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me to figure out what I have.
