Default are they progressive rate or not?

hey guys, ive got a 96 GT, and im planning on getting the bullitt suspension kit for it. its basicaly the same springs shocks and sway bars that come on the 01+ bullitt. i know some guys have used it, my question is, does anyone know if the springs that come in the kit are progressive rate? i know the springs give a 1 inch drop, which is perfect for my car, but i dont know if i want them if they arent progressive rate.
