Default 2000 GT Power Windows Not Working!! :(

So today, I go out to my belloved Mustang, and it's very cold and frosty.

I scrape the car clean, and let it warm up for about 10 mins.

When I drive up to McDonalds, I try to lower the window, it goes down about 2 inches, and then stops. It will go all the way up, and down 2 inches, but that's it!

Was it too cold in there, something stuck from the cold, and ripped the window of its track?

When the window motor died in my 02 GT coupe it was like 34C out. I rolled down the window to say goodbye to the woman and it wouldn't go back up. Nada, nothing.

The motor works fine, it goes up and down some.

Upon moving it somewhat manually (helping it along) there are rub marks along the outside part of the glass, leading me to believe (again) that the window itself is simply rubbing up against the striping.

Before I do that, I'm going to lower it all the way, and put ArmorAll on the weather striping insides and let it dry. See maybe if that will make is slide better.

Opening the door scares me. I don't want to break the window.
