I would suspect a problem with the cable causing the feel of not having much clutch, it may be stretched or needing an adjustment. The squeak sounds like the throwout bearing, if it is getting bad it will squeak when you depress the clutch. When the pedal is out the throwout bearing should not be in contact with the pressure plate, it contacts and releases the pressure plate when you press the pedal. It could be the pil;ot bearing, but that will usually make noise when you have the pedal out. You can try adjusting the clutch, but make sure you leave the proper air gap between the throwout bearing and the pressure plate, I believe it should be about 1/4" If that doesn't help, you'll probably want to plan on doing the clutch soon... ie, the clutch, pressure pate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and at the very least resurface the flywheel, or upgrade to a lightweight flywheel.
