ok so i have a relatively stock mustang gt and would love to add some cams. what i was wondering is what does pi mean on the heads. does that mean that they will work with a new set of cams with new springs? any help?

You already have PI heads and cams. Cams will be good for some power, how much depends what specs you go with. As far as valve springs, see what the manufacturer says, but most aftermarket cams will raise your redline up a bit and you will need the right springs to make the most of them, the stock ones will float too soon, or worse, may break. As far as I'm concerned, when you switch cams, you go with the recommended spring at the same time. Do it right or don't bother.

That hunk of junk? Yeah, well I've made a few special modifications to that yellow 99 Gt, it makes the Kessel run in 12 parsecs and eats turbo japs and poops chevy's
ok but what i really wanna know is if i am to take this to a shop where im located are they just gonna expand the heads i have for the new cams to fit or will they have to buy a whole new set of heads? im trying to figure out what to expect before i do this.

As long as you get moderate cams, like the hitechs mentioned, there's no modifications needed to the heads. Just make sure whoever installs them degrees them in, as the factory cam sprockets can be up to 7 degrees off.
ok but with the moderate cams will i still get that sick "cam loping" sound. cause that is one thing i really want along with the additional power
