Finally getting around to updating the website....so in addition to the fuel rails, pictures of the billet idler pulley are now up to see as well as a small movie.

What did you use for the braided line and fittings, Aeroquip, Russle, or Earl's? Also who made the fuel rails, Aeromotive? I was looking at the fuel rails, not at the idler pulley... Sorry

I only use Earl's hosing....I've found that it is much more flexible than the Aeroquip (I never thought there was a difference until someone showed me the two side by side).

The rails are made by a company called CPR. Currently only CPR and PHP make rails for the returnless system. PHP (as usual) is nearly twice the price. I don't know if they fit better than the CPR's, but I would hope that their customer service is better (it certainly cannot be worse).

No prob....I'm getting the updates out there, have been spending way too much time in the garage, and not as much checking out all the sites.

What difference did the dyno tests show with and without your air silencer?

Nothing.....you won't gain from a silencer removal or CAI or items like that on a dyno. Even with a large shop fan, most of the time the amount of airflow is not significant enough.

Haha, NICE!! I love the sound with no silencer, that to me is worth so much more than a couple hp...

The sound is good, you're right...and on the highway it might free up a little - only way to tell for certain would be to go to the track and make a few runs or with a GTech.
