1999 Mustang gt starting problems theft light blinking!

when i move the tilt wheel the theft light blinks real fast i can only have it in the middle or it won't crank! and sometimes when going down the road the wipers come on by there self! what's up with this i think my gt has a mine of it's own! let me know if anybody has this problem?

mine does that everyonce in a while too. i will go to start it and it wont go. i have to take the key out. lock it unlock it then start it and it will usually start right up. i thought it was an old shitty alarm a perivious owner had had installed but it wasnt cause i got a new alarm and it still does it. just annoying i dont think its nothing serious.

YEAH REALLY, MINE HAS NOT HAD A AFTERMARKET ALARM I THINK IT SOMETHING IN THE SWITCH, DOES YOUR WIPERS COME ON WHEN THERE OFF! JUST ONE SWIPE AND THATS IT! HOW FREAKING WEIRD!
