Default 2001 bullitt head swap please help

ok I have a 2001 bullitt with the stock motor in it. I purchased patriot stage two heads and a set of comp cams and all the little goodies that go along with a head swap. i have removed the intake the timing cover and i have both heads loose but i cannont seem to get to the exhaust manifold bolts. I am not worried about saving them because i also purchased flowtech long tube headers to put on during this process. If anybody can tell me how to get these heads off the motor i would greatly appreciate it.

all exhaust bolts seem like they are welded on. hit those suckers with some penetrating oil, wait 30 minutes and then tackle them with an impact wrench or just a pry bar. they are going to take quite a bit of force.

Next summer looking to go with:
Bilstien shocks + struts, Lowering springs (brand still TBD (any suggestions?)), MM CC plates, front + rear sway bars, subframes, and upper and lower control arms.
Time to make the pony ride some rails

so in order to get to the bolts with a impact do you have to take the crossmember lose and jack the motor up in order to get to them or is there a trick to it
