No, the 5.4 intake is wider than the 4.6.

ok, since the intake is wider, could I change out the 4.6 heads to 5.4 heads and intake and use the supercharger? 4.6 block with accessories, and 5.4 heads, intake, supercharger, and exhaust?

5.4 and 4.6 heads are exactly the same, it's the block that's wider, which spaces the heads further apart, which makes the intake wider to reach in between them.

I think someone makes a kit to put the 4.6 blower on 4.6 GT sohc, however, I'd recommend doing a complete swap...there are lots of terminator 4.6 engines on Ebay, even 5.4 GT 500s if you are flush with cash
