98 Cobra thoughts on tuning

Hey guys

I currently own a 1998 cobra which is bone stock. I am thinking of buying some QTP electric cutouts and having them installed. Does anyone know if i should tune my car with the cutouts open and if so will it have a major effect on horsepower. I am just wondering because i was thinking of just having the cutouts installed and not tuning the engine. The reason being i don't have much money.

i wouldnt worrie about it when u do run thiem u will trow codes just after every time u open dissconect ur battery for like 5 min and that will reflash ur comp and make everything strait.. its gona sound so sick

thanks man i cant wait to get them installed do you know how much thats going to run me? i heard its around 150 bucks
