What about the returnless fuel system seeing 0 psi? Swapping to a carb will probably result with at least 10 P codes, if not 20+. Good luck!
thats what a good tune is for. but thanks for playing haha

Done it, here is my write up on my 2001 Cobra. Of course there have been quite a few changes since i made the write up. Such as: built motor, return style fuel system, new gauges. Shoot me a PM, would be glad to discuss it.
How about cutting holes in the floorboards and letting your wife put her legs through them and run the car like the Flintstones did? That would be "different"...

oh ya man, no doubt! i was by NO means dissing your build, i was just saying that it appears funny to me, but then again i didnt build it so of course it WOULD appear funny to me
i have no doubts ur car would stomp mine, but i just learned along the way that injection is better for multiple reasons and is WELL worth it in the end, but at least YOU never have to worry about runnin "lean" lmao right? i would wonder how that sounds too thru the exhaust... cuz you cant EVER get the same roar from an ol motor with a 4 barrel carb on it, so a 4.6L with a carb... hmmmmmm got any you tube vids with good sound quality??

Well I quess I'll put my 2 cents as well. U work hard it's your money build what u want cause in the end Im sure your carbed set up will beat these guys cars who ate nocking it and just to clarify I'm an efi guy but I agree 1000% if you build your car make it original don't do what every tom dick and harrys doing good luck I hope u hit those 11s
I agree 1000% if you build your car make it original don't do what every tom dick and harrys doing
That's what I've done, and I'll continue to do. I don't care if people don't understand what I'm doing, its unique and that's what I want. Of course I want it to be fast as well, and it will get there, but i'm my own tuner so it will take time.

Lol, I cant even imagine doing this. If you want to be different then cool, but thats a hell of a way to be different. EFI is better than carbs on every level.

your right. thats why nascar and all major drag cars run efi. oh wait, they dont. get ur sh*t straight. efi for a better dd driveability. carb for good dd drivability and better EVERYTHINH ELSE race related
