Default stroker kit/ cheap hp

I'm wondering if these stroker kits are even worth looking at? I want to get some more cheap horsepower out of my car. I've got the CAI and I'm going to have straight pipe exhaust here in a few weeks. I don't know much about these type of things, I would just like to get some more power. If there are any other cheaper ways to get some hp I'd love to know about them. Thanks

A stroker kit is deffinently not cheap. fyi. You have to get the kit 900-1400. Then have the engine removed, dis-assembled, hot tanked, bored, honed, install the kit, then re-assemble and put back in the car.

From what I hear, stroking these engines does next to nothing and costs out the wazoo. Honestly, aside from NOS or F/I, it's hard to get more power out. The best/cheapest way is going to be a 100 shot and be done with it.

I got a stroker kit from bessel motorsports a few months ago. Love it. Tons of power. But it was expensive. Theres a lot of stuff you can to boost your hp for the same price. And it took forever to get done too. Love it, but i'd recommed against it for ya
