Is there anyway to adjust the tilt of my headlamps. they point straight down and can only see about 10 feet infront at night. the brights see to be aimed correctly.

If you open the hood there should be adjuster screws on the top back of the headlamps. Are they stock head lights ?

The easiest way to adjust them yourself is to pull up to a wall and mark where your lights hit on the wall and then back up about 25 feet and adjust them up to hit around that same spot.
