Dave-

I just finished the exact same job here about 15 minutes ago on my 01 GT. I bought the ford racing intake part#M-9424-P46 from streetsideauto.com, for $180 w/free fedex shipping(Took about 3 days). Youll also need new intake gaskets($30) and a thermostat(I recommend getting the motorcraft(It fits perfect) $12, and the o-ring gasket($1.50) Plus, youll need 16 fuel injector o-rings, theyre about $1.50/set of 2. Youll also need a fuel/ac line disconnect set, theyyre about $10 from auto parts store. Since youve already got it apart though, then you should already know most of this. Good luck!

Oh, and this probably doesnt apply to you, but my old intake was an all plastic PI, and had a different bracket than the one that fits the intake with the aluminum crossover. I had to modify my bracket(Drill some holes)
