Default How close will these mods get me?

I am trying to get my stock 4.6l 2v 2004 gt with automatic to put down as close to 300 rwhp as i can get without blowin gas mileage and budget to flinders. these are what i have planned out. will it get me there? if not how close?

69 SERIES TYPHOON HIGH FLOW PERFORMANCE COLD AIR INTAKE KIT.
Accufab 4.6L 2v 75mm Throttle Body & Plenum Combo (96-04 GT).
1999-2004 MUSTANG GT 4.6 2V POLISHED TYPHOON INTAKE
1996-2004 Mustang GT 4.6 Long Tube Headers
BBK Shorty H-Pipe (96-04 Catted)
MSD-sohc-coilplug kit 4.6l
24lb injectors
SCT SF3-X3 Power Flash Mustang Custom Tuner

It already has magnaflow exhaust which i need to alter with the shorty H pipe to fit the long tubes.

I intend to get a 2011 - 12 Gt to use as a daily driver at which point this car will get a Tork Tech twin screw kit with 30lb injectors and a fuel pump on top of these mods.

instead of typhoon get the p-51 i think the typhoon is the same as the pi plastic intake, but stronger and made out of aluminum or something. and throw a set f cams and ported or higher flow heads and you will be there fo shooooo. but if it's going to be supercharged don't get anything

You have to have cams to get past 300rwhp, not going to happen without them on a stock block. I would take the header money and put it towards a decent set of cams. You'll get over twice the gain. I agree with above that all that stuff with put you somewhere between 260-270rwhp with a good tune.

You can also take the coil packs off the list, they do nothing. So that's a little more cash towards real horsepower.

There's a thread on the forum about how much the Typhoon intake sucks. Two people dynoed their cars after swapping a Typhoon in and LOST about 10 hp. Do a search and I'm sure you'll be able to find it. Only one guy liked it, and that was because it looks pretty.
This guy is right. Plan out what you install because if you go S/C later on, you'll end up taking some of your stuff back off, like I did.

if you are planning on getting a positive displacement type blower (that torque tech kit) dont bother with any intake manifold. they net very small gains for normally aspirated cars and you will need to take it off to put that blower on.

if you want something cost effective and you want to be able to re use it in the future think nitrous. spend the $1000 (if that) for a nitrous kit. then down the road you can forge your rotating assembly and make huge power (if you want to). if not you could just convert the nitrous into an intercooler spray bar or sell the kit!

Bilstien shocks + struts, Lowering springs (brand still TBD (any suggestions?)), MM CC plates, front + rear sway bars, subframes, and upper and lower control arms.
Time to make the pony ride some rails

Forget the typhoon intake if u really wanna hit them numbers for cheap than port and polish ur heads get a set of stage 2 cams full exhuast and a 150 wet shot besides that ur not ganna get close to your goal with the modes you planned and if you own a mustang get it dyno'd with a mustang dyno all other dyno's will exzagerate ur horse power and give you about an extra 20+ horse power "this is just my opinion" and I don't recommend nos but if ur on a budget it's the cheapest way to make power

ok you said you have long tubes, and bbk catted?

Don't use typhoon. also heard that trickflow is about the same not as bad. Keep the stock for now b/c is hard to get a good one like the bullit one. get stage 2 cams, stage 2 heads, bigger mass air meter, long tubes w/Xpipe for best torque, a bad ass exhaust maybe replacing all cats with 2 high performance cats. cats have a lot of ristriction for mustangs. and get a tuner and get it dyno and tune again for best result including an octane rating of 93 and up. Also replace driveshaft, lightweight flywheel, 11"clutch like the cobra on 99 models, replace pulleys and I guess you have all the intake part like the filter, trottle body, and plenum. if you get the right tune you should get at least 330 to 385 at wheels for a stage 2 setup. thats enough power to kill a t-45 or t-3650 if ran with sliks. price range from 3000 - 4500 if bought all new

I don't know about magna flows exaust? but just leave it for now,
replace your tranny(stock mustangs tranny waste about 23% of power)

I think 30lbs for the twin screw wont do much get 40s (if you want power you will need more gas for sure)
