Default Can a 01-04 GT ride softer like a v6 ?

I know - Most will think its a weird question.

I sold my 01 v6 automatic a year ago ONLY because it was horribly slow. It was reasonably quiet and comfortable though, which was why I picked it instead of the v8 in the first place. I figured I'd put on a few hp bolt-ons to make it reasonable - N O T !

Now I'm thinking about going at it the other way around.

So, does anyone know if a GT can be made as soft riding as the v6?

Isn't the ride comfort mainly determined by the REAR springs and shocks, so if I just swapped in the v6 parts could I expect the same comfort?

Thanks.

i dont think they are interchangable maybe fronts but the gt has a 8.8 rear and the 6 had a smaller but if u put to soft of springs u will not have any traction u can get air bags wich make a great ride and u can firm um up to make it stiff for good handleing and control
