urethane bumper issue

Default urethane bumper issue
About 2 years ago I bought a polyurathane cobra r bumper looks cool, fit is great but the front bottom lip is kind of pointing down. I think is the airforce and the heat in AZ makes it like that. I was hoping if some one knows a trick on how to make the lip to stay straight up w/out any hinghes or adjustable rods.
