Default 00 GT A/C delete question

I want to delete my A/C. My only worry is how well is the defroster system going to work if at all? I am not worried about the winter time, the car will be parked. But if i take the car out on a damp night I am wondering how well my windshield will clear without the compressor?

I installed the A/C delete kit on my 96 and my defroster works just fine; haven't had any problems. I did hear a lot of people saying that it would slow it down or that the defroster wouldn't work very well after I installed the kit. But so far my defroster works perfect and I live in a damp area so my windshield does fog up very often.
