Question 96 GT / Problem Codes / Firing Order req-

1996 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L 2V 5spd.

Have had 3 codes for about 2 years on my car. Finally trying to fix them once and for all. No, dont want to take it to a dealership either.

Had codes pulled at advance auto parts 1 time. Gave me 7 codes. Only 1 he could tell me what it was. The rest were dealer specific codes.. blah blah blah.. (about 11 months ago) I have had a diablo Hellion diagnostic scanner since jan this year. Gave 5 codes, 2 were fixed by me already and clearing codes returned 3 codes still. Which i have been unable to fix. Posted everywhere asked everybody i talked to.

Checked all my plug wires (new 9mm ford racing) checked plugs (replaced them all) replaced all 4 O2s (twice, boy am i just about broke) and removed my mil eliminators.

The 3 codes i am getting at this moment are as follows:

p0131 02 Sensor Circ. Bank1 - Sensor1 Low Voltage
p1131 Lack Of HO2S11 Switches sensor Indicates Lean
P1152 Lack Of HO2S11 Switches sensor Indicates Rich

just finished replacing my spark plugs again with bosch platinum 2 prong (and i just happened to read the thread on 2 and 4 prong bosch plugs breaking off :-/ oh well..)

My plugs off the passenger side are black with some exhaust fumes it seems. My drivers side plugs still look good.

Just replaced my 19lb injectors with 30lbs but i was getting the top 2 codes before that.

I know mil eliminators remove the check engine light, but dont know if they cause any of those codes.

Last but not least i am looking for a spark plug wire diagrahm to make sure my plugs are connected to the coil packs correctly.

P0131 refers to the bank one (passenger side) "circuit" (oxygen sensor) voltage reading being too low, the computer doesn't know what to do with the data.

P1131 and P1152 refer to the heated oxygen sensors--s11 being the front passenger side sensor. Its saying rich and lean at the same time? WTF?

Together these lead me to believe that the passenger side front o2 sensor is missing, unplugged, or seriously out of whack (needs replacing). Go ahead and change it.

I take it you have mil eliminators installed...you put them on the rear o2s right? Not the front ones?

Yes i've changed the the front and rear 02s already. Twice! Purchased 8 new ones still no luck, and mil eliminators are on the rear, but i removed them 4 days ago. I think thats y one sensor is reading opposite fuel curves than the other?

Someone told me to remove for some reason to see if the MILs needed to be changed. Guess i will check the wire connections again and see if any of the wires were burnt/ melted. Yet i am sure i would have noticed already..

The low voltage message is what gets me tho.

Will check it out again, thx for the info.
