Whats the best spark plugs for a 2001 Mustang GT?

I use Autolite coppers and change them every other oil change. When I did a PI swap onto my npi block I went one stage colder. Now I have a full pi engine and use the stock temp plug.

Motocraft Platinums. Those are the best on our car.

2000 4.6l mustang
03 Swap Rebuilt, Pacesetter Longtube Headers, Pacesetter O/R X Pipe, SLP lm1, Professional Products 75mm TB/Plenum,SR Underdrive pulleys, EGR Delete, Mac CAI, Diablosport 93oc tune, FRPP 4.10 Gears, 31 spline FRPP Trac loc+ 31 spline axles, 2" cut springs, Drilled and Slotted rotors/Hawk brake pads, Accel Super Coils, Stall+Shift kit AUTO fml

Thier is a search for box on the top right of the page this has been answered.. when you have a real question like witch CAI to get.. or what gears should i run.... or how do i do a 4v head swap... or whats the biggest tires i can fit on my car then start a tread and ask... hope i dont sound rude but the search for box is thier because it was supose to be used.

cams, and all basic bolt ons, arizen seats, cowl hood, and now my buckets got a hole in it (meaning im broke) but when i fix it ill have gears and some trany work

Stick with the Motorcraft it calls for, some of the "extra" plugs mess with idle quality, etc., unless you have a extremely changed engine combo and the builder calls for different.

07 GT/CS vert, wife's car, garage queen. sold 11-30-13, going to good home, 7,785 miles.
2013 GT PREM., 500 pckg, needs mufflers...

Every Ford tech out there including the ones that created our cars have said to stick with motorcraft spark plugs. But if you can point me in the direction of a link that would change my mind I can always learn something new. And when has anyone heard of motorcraft spark plugs having problems?

I know there stock, I'm saying ford wouldn't put them in our cars if they are bad.

Every Ford tech may say stick with Motorcraft, but the y are biased. Platinum sucks in a preformance application, as do gimmick plugs like mutli conductors, etc. Use copper conductor SP505 motorcraft plugs or the equivalent. In my opinion KGK makes the best quality plugs, but I usually run the SP505's, they work very well.

Yea. Well sorry about saying platinums in the first place , but I will still stick with motorcrafts though. Thanks for clearing that up.

Absolutely no problems using Motorcraft plugs matt, just not the platinum version, they run hot and are more prone to backout, their only advantage is longevity, that's why Ford uses them.
The copper core Motorcrafts are Fine and you can still get 15-20K miles out of em
