I got my Nitto 555R Drag Radials put on today and.....

OH YEAH BABY!!

I love these tires. First off, as some of you may remember, I was concerned with puting a 275 40 17 on my factory 8" wheels. Well, let me say that I was surprised how well they fit and there is some bulging, but not like I thought there might be.

They look NICE! i will post some pictures this weekend.

But the best part....They STICK!! I got on it HARD and I thought the front wheels were going to come off the ground. I can pretty much rev it up to about any rpm and launch it without wheel spin. Of course it was pretty warm out today, so heating them up was not needed.

The tread depth is better then the pictures online showed.

They are softer then my BFG street radials, but since they are in the back, it actually makes the car ride better. Still very firm with my suspension, but just enough give to make it ride smoother.

So, all in all, I am very pleased. Thanks to everyone who recommended them to me.
