Default 2000 GT-Water leak near cowl, into heater fan box.
Anyone else seen this problem. I went to dealer with moldy smell from AC vents, requested Frigi Clean procedure. They found leak andalso found damaged fan motor resistor from the water. Replaced resister and repaired leak, none of it under warranty. Is this uncommon? Car only in service since March 2001. I have not looked at warranty. My guess would be leaks are only covered 12/12.

Warranty is covered 36 month/36000 miles. I personally haven't had any problem like that.
