Question Guy's... How often should I change my trans fluid ?. I do do run it at the track a few times during the year.
Thanks

I have mine flushed every 20k. What I would be curious about is if anyone knows a good way to do this yourself? I haven't attempted this yet and its comming up on time to change the fluid.

If changing fluid, say twice a year, you REALLY want to change filter at least every other time if not every time. That's the trouble w/drain plugs; makes it easy to say 'what the hell' and not drop the pan and change the filter.
