I have mine flushed every 20k. What I would be curious about is if anyone knows a good way to do this yourself? I haven't attempted this yet and its comming up on time to change the fluid.

If changing fluid, say twice a year, you REALLY want to change filter at least every other time if not every time. That's the trouble w/drain plugs; makes it easy to say 'what the hell' and not drop the pan and change the filter.

where would I be able to purchase one of these pans with a drain plug? Thanks for the info Stone, and thanks for the warning meatball. I can definately see myself getting lazy.

No, This one thing I know for sure don't flush you trans, its mess's with the cluth meteral's hard core. I worked in a tranny shop for a few years . tranny flush's are all out bad news.
