Everything depends on how much money you are willing to put into your car and what type of car you have... $1500 and lower usually settles for 99-04 gt motor... $2000-4000 99-01, 03-04 mach 1 engine... $5000 on up settles for 03-04 cobra motor. Prices will vary along with the type of engine kits you buy. Some will include everything for a bolt on process or your going to have to look and spend a little more money and time.

Crystal White GT- 2003 Mustang gt swapped engine, TR-3650 swapped transmission, BAMA SCT Tuner, K&N CAI, BBK 75mm throttle body, RPM Upper Plenum, Typoon Intake Manifold, BBK Short-Tube headers, BBK O/R X-Pipe, American Thunder Flowmasters, 3.73 gears, H&R Lowering Springs, Saleen Wheels

maybe on ebay. search the forums. i see used 98-01 cobra motors dumping in the 1500 range. gt motors are going for dirt cheap, like $800 and below. cobra motor have come down in price but they are still about $5k.
