Wondering if I can have a locksmith reset my PATS.

This is my unique situation.

I have replaced my ECU and Cluster from parted cars.

So neither my Key, ECU or Cluster systems are synced together.

If I were to have a locksmith come and reset my PATS system would it give fire and fuel?

If I find out my original ECU is fine, would that change the locksmith's PATS possibilities?

I'm asking for a quick fix so I can drive the car to FORD rather than pay to have it towed.

I think the dealership needs to reset the code...fyi get tow insurance anyone with a Mustang should have it...about $2 a month on most policies
