Default Can't find nice fog light bulbs

I have been looking around for new fog lights bulbs. I want to swap out the original 899's for a set of whiter lit ones. I just got silverstar headlights and am trying to find fog light bulbs that will have a white look and not that gay blue ricer tint

Any suggestions? I tried the autoparts places but none carry a 899 bulb that is better than a oem replacement

Or does anyone have a HID kit installed? w/ or w/o fogs

Seems like Sylvania/Osram would have something:

Sylvania makes Silverstar foglight bulbs, but not in the 899 size.

I did a little poking around and it seems that NO ONE makes replacement "Hid look" bulbs for the Mustang.

You'll have to either adapt another bulb or take your chances moving up to a 55 watt bulb. (the 899 is only 37.5w) Of course, by doing that you risk melting your fog light housings and/or getting spanked by Deputy Dawg for an illegal lighting mod.

I visited another auto parts store and found a set of silverstar 893 fog light bulbs, they lite at 4000k which it white enough however I found that they are both 12 volt and draw 37.5 watts. The 893 has about a 6mm longer bulb than the 899 but other wise they look EXACTLY identical, anyone suggest that since they are the same volts and watts it is a safe exchange, THANKS FOR ALL YOU HELP
Sincerely,
Conrad

I am using true HID bulbs in both headlights (9700) and fog lights (899) in that gay blue ricer tint (8300K). The kits are fairly expensive but worth it compared to the weak yellow stock bulbs.
