x pipe with saleen center exhaust

I am going to be putting a UPR catted x pipe on my 2000 GT and was wondering if I was going to run into any problems when installing it. My first question is will I need MIL eliminators if im running cats? Second is I have a Saleen body kit with the center exit exhuast will the x pipe still bolt right up or am I going to have to do some custom work? If anyone has put the x pipe on with the center exhaust could you let me know if it was easy and bolted right up?

it should bolt right up as long as your catback is the saleen center exhaust...not sure about the mils
