I went back to the track tonight and out of 10 races I won 8, Beaten by a ta, and a z28 with nos, but oh well, im wondering again what to do to get with the ta's, i have mac undredrives, k&n filter, prochamber, and flowmaster 2 chambers, how much power will a port and polish to the heads give me and would that do the trick

A good port and polish should help your times out quite a bit.

What are you driving? Think I'd be looking at throttle body & plenum, gears, tires before heads; good CNC heads/cams combo probably worth 40-50hp.

Well I drive an 01 GT 5 speed, I dont know what year the ta was, but it was a 6 speed and the z was automatic, but with a 100 shot of nos i didnt stand a chance anyway, but let me get into something else, how is it that i can beat an old school rx-7 with supposedly 11lbs of boost from start to finish, but the ta's take me from start to finish?

Correction! Your 01 GT with a "wet" 100 shot of Nitrous Express will
make you keep up or beat him if you are a decent driver.It's simply the
RX7 has less displacement and the Z28 and TA both have more displacement
than you so,in turn they are faster than you in N/A forum but,with a power added just Nitrous or a Supercharger your chances are alot better!
