Question Dash Panel

Good morning!
In May I purchased a 1999 GT Convertible

The last couple of weeks when I first start her up the dash indicators (tach, odometer, fuel level, temp, battery) take a full ten seconds before they come to life. Is this normal? I am sure they came to life immediately on starting the car for the first month. But who knows, maybe I was too busy admiring the car itself to take notice of the panel!

Thanks!
Kirsten
