Trying to install O/R X-pipe, and now its just plain not good at all Well I went to break the first stud loose on the manifold and broke the f*cking stud. Now what do I do. I cant tap that sh*t. We basically just left it the way it was and then replaced the mufflers to spintech sportsmans I had laying around the house. That took longer than expected. My sh*t seems to be rusted pretty good. Do you think I would be just as well to just let someone install some headers and then hook up the stock pipe and I can bolt up a new kit later myself? How hard is it for a shop to do? How many hours do they usually charge for? I would love to try and do it myself but like I said if I break a stud off in the head then i am really screwed. What is my best option. My O/R X-pipe is for the stock manifolds or the shorty style header so I am basically stuck getting the shorty style header now. Are equal length better than unequal? Which ones are good or better yet, which ones are very good.
