Default BBK shorty headers: How to install?

i just got a pair of bbk shorty headers for my 01 gt. how high do i have to lift the engine to get the old ones off and put the new ones on?

This isn't a answer to your question, just something else to consider. Some of your stock maniflold bolts will not work with your headers. I've got a set of shortys hangin' in the shop but I'm waiting on cams and heads before I install them to save some rework.

they gave me new bolts too.
