Under Drive Pulleys: How well does A/C work at idle?

Does anyone know how bad (if any) the underdirve pulley affects the A/C at idle?? I drive 40 miles one way to work in traffic in Houston Texas and it is to dang hot to be with out A/C or even a reduced cooling capacity at idle when the outside temp is 90+ for 6-8 months out of the year.

I can definetly tell mine does not cool as good at an idle. Off idle it is just fine. I do not know if I would do it all over again. Not much hp tq increase there.
