1985 5.0 Mustang cam ?

I have a 1985 5.0 Mustang which is the first year for the roller cam and the last year for the carb. I would like to upgrade the cam but I need to know the lift and duration @ .050 of the stock cam. Also does the engine have adjustable valve train?

This one really belongs in the 5.0L forum. You'll get much better results if you put it over there. I personally don't know the in's and out's of the 5.0 like I know the 4.6.

the e cam with 1.6 rockers is good. the rockers are not adjustable stock. you can go with the stock cam and 1.73 cobra rockers which willnet you the same as the f cam.
