Default traction control problem?

hey guys check it out. when i launch on the gas from 1st through 3rd my traction control kicks in as soon as i shift to 3rd gear only. i know i cant possibly be spinning the tires because its never happened to me before. ive done this many, many times. it just started acting up after i put my cat back system on..what could be the problem?

any ideas??????

Yes, as a mater of fact you can break traction just enough to kick the traction control in. Turn it off when you're launching hard.

I'd say just for the heck of it, look at the wires to wheel sensors- make sure that new exhaust didnt hit something...
