Default Exhaust bypass - better or worse then catback?

Okay I was going to buy a catback system but am seriously reconsidering because it cost about $375. Im looking to instead get exhaust bypass's installed into my Mac Prochamber. And getting the electric valve so that I can open and close the vavle from inside the car at anytime. With the better exhaust flow then fslowing through a prochamber+catback system, is it safe to say I can expect better gains? My car is already loud and ive been pulled over for the exhaust so I dont really want to make it louder. But it be nice to have the option of opening up my exhaust at the flick of a switch. The bypass's are $60 and the electric valve is $300. Which would you guys go with?

i think there is a mechanical one also that you pull and it opens them that is like $90.....300 for electric is silly and so not worth it

I don't really think you'd gain anything by completely opening the exhaust. The intakes on these cars is the choking point once you've opened the exhaust with a new mid pipe and mufflers. Opening the exhaust like that might actually hurt your torque numbers more than anything.
