Default RPMs with underdrive pullies

Will steeda underdrive pullies make my RPMs lower than they are now when I am cruising at a constant speed? If so, would I notice it on my tach?

No. They underdrive the accessories, not the car.

I was just thinking that everything is running easier so I thought it made the crank more effiecent.

It does make everything more efficient. However in a locked ratio such as in this case, the efficiency does not translate into lower engine RPMs for a given speed.

The efficiency just translates into maybe slightly better gas mileage, and a little extra power available to the wheels.
