Valve body kit or a transgo shift kit. Which is better?

Okay so Im looking into a either a valve body kit or a transgo shift kit. Not sure which one is better. I know about the J-mod, but where could I get that done? I have 3.73's and my custom tune has firmed up my shifts but I still want better shidts. Any help is appreciated.

The guy who did my jmod and tune doesnt recommend the "trans no" kit as do most auto guys. Some have had good results but mostly its negative things i have heard. I highly recommend the jmod, and since u got a tune, its even better. I have both and love it!

A guy in IN did mine. The price is unmentionable cuz he did it as a favor but i think he may do jmods on valve bodies and then all u have to do is install the valve body which isnt much work at all.
