Default Speedometer Calibration

I have a 3.73 gear installed in my car and have the SCT Xcalibrator 2. My speedometer has been off since I had my gear installed. My program has the right gear size selected but it is still way off. Any ideas?

Do you still have the stock size tires on the car?

yes, I still have the stock 245/45/17 on the car. I am going to take it to the guy who programmed it before tomorrow and see if he can get it right this time.
